Changing Orders:

Changing Orders is NOT possible for any reason. This includes adding to an order,

taking something out of an order, or combining 2 or more orders.

The customer is presented with a final approval screen prior to "submitting" the order.

On this approval screen, there is adequate opportunity to edit all of the order information,

including purchaser info, ship-to info, items ordered, and shipping method.

Once submitted, this is an approved transaction that is charged to a person's credit card

and is for specifically-ordered custom-printed image products.

Order Resends & Refunds:

If an order arrives damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, the lab will reprint and reship free of charge.

The lab offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders that are shipped. If there is a request for a refund,

the lab may first attempt to re-do the order to the customer's satisfaction. Any refunds do not include S&H.

Turn-around & Shipping Times:

Turn around time depends on the product ordered.

The times posted below are guidelines and MAY change and be extended during normally busy time periods.

NOTE: There are various locations from which prints and merchandise is shipped.

Notification emails warn customers that orders may be split into different segments and may ship from different locations.

Orders are normally processed in the order they come in, but sometimes, depending on print runs of different paper finishes,

one order may "jump ahead" of another by short periods of time.

Please note that the times posted above are business days.

That means orders processed and that have been made ready to ship on late Friday and over the weekend

will most likely ship the following Monday or Tuesday.

Orders placed on Sunday may ship the following Wednesday.

Orders placed on the Sunday or Monday of a three day holiday weekend may ship the following Thursday.

IMPORTANT!

Always take these factors into consideration for merchandise and prints to arrive at its destination:

Turnaround times need to be factored into consideration when selecting shipping methods and shipping times!

The shipping times DO NOT include these turnaround times... Turnaround time + Shipping time = Time to destination.

(In other words, if a canvas print needing 7 days turnaround time is ordered with overnight shipping, it will get there in 8 days...)

Turnaround times are measured from the time an image is made ready for the lab to print.

Shipping Issues:

Shipping costs are based on multiple factors:

During the shopping cart process, after the order is entered and the shipping method chosen,

the shipping costs will be calculated for the customer and cost provided prior to final order submission.

The customer does have an opportunity to change the shipping method prior to final order submission.

Of course, orders are final after that point and cannot be changed.

The types of shipping offered are:

For international shipments:
Global Priority Mail - Can take 1-2 weeks or more, depending on destination and customs

Please note - tracking USPS Shipments:
The delivery confirmation numbers given for USPS shipments are just that - confirmation numbers

that are activated upon the shipping label being created, but ONLY have information filled in upon an item

being delivered by the postal carrier. There is no intermediate tracking activity indicated with these.

(Unlike FedEx tracking numbers, which generally show the movements of a package along its route.)

Express Shipments / Shipping Times:

Please keep in mind that shipping times do NOT include production time at the lab/printer.
It is important for people who order to remember this, particularly when they select express shipping options (second day or overnight).
Also please note that orders submitted to the lab later in the day usually cannot get handled on a "same day" basis

and will be placed in the work queue for the next morning.

Lost shipment policy:

If an order doesn't reach a customer within these time frames, the customer needs to contact us with the order number.
In the case of First Class and Priority Mail shipments, the customer will be asked to wait until the maximum guideline time frame,

plus an additional day or two. If the location of a shipment cannot be determined and it appears to be lost in transit,

it is our policy to reprint and reship the order.

Multiple shipments:

If you have an order that mixes large and small prints or smaller prints and photo products,

they will be more likely to be sent as multiple shipments from multiple locations.
During the notification process, customers are reminded that some orders may be shipped from multiple locations.
